Please read the following guidelines carefully before registering for Vulcanzy 2026 (March 13–14, 2026).

1. 1Visitors must complete the online registration and required payments to participate in Vulcanzy 2026.
2. 2Night Accommodation is allowed only for students from colleges beyond a 50 km radius of NIT-AP, Tadepalligudem.
3. 3The organizers are not responsible for any misunderstanding regarding eligibility or distance.
4. 4No refund requests will be entertained on the basis of accommodation eligibility or location after payment.
5. 5Spot accommodation registrations will depend on room availability at the time of arrival.
6. 6Visitors must show their registration slip during check-in to receive the visitor pass.
7. 7Rooms include an iron cot, mattress, and cupboard and will be shared.
8. 8Visitors must carry their College ID, a Government ID proof (original / photocopy).
9. 9Visitors can bring their own lock and keys for securing their valuable belongings.
10. 10Electrical appliances such as irons, kettles are strictly prohibited.
11. 11Accommodation approved visitors may stay after 5 PM; day-pass only visitors must exit by 5 PM.
12. 12No visitor may stay on campus after 10:00 AM on March 15, 2026.
13. 13All visitors are kindly requested to follow the institute’s rules and guidelines.
